The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to the Law on Licensing of certain Types of Economic Activity" (re Terms of Licensing)

The Bill (Reg. No.3336) coordinates the terms used in the effective Law with the ones defined by the Civil Code of Ukraine, and renounces cancellation of a license, in case the fact is ascertained that the economic entity failed to notify about the change of data indicated in the documents attached to the license application in due time. Pursuant to the Bill, the license can be cancelled only in case of repeated violation of terms for submission of relevant information.
